​Upon receiving this information, and with suitability of holder, we will respond back with an address of where to send the holder. If you have a photo of the holder, you can send it to info@fenalacandles.com

We ask that you pay for shipping to us and we will pay for shipping back to you!

Upon receiving the holder we will provide you with an invoice that includes: cost, number of wicks we suggest to ensure an even burn, and finalize your preferred scent. If for some reason the cost is too prohibitive for you and you decide not to go with our services then we will return your holder free of charge.

Upon official purchase, we will sanitize, produce, and ship you the candle within 5-7 business days with a tracking number for your reference.
Pricing:

We take into consideration how much wax is used in addition to the weight of the holder. A good rule of thumb is if the contents of the holder plus wax equals 20oz then it will be ~$20 and likewise for all sizing. This rule is deviated from when the holder is much heavier and eating into the total weight by more than 30% and then the cost is reduced.

If you would like a better estimate of cost before you send the holder, please send multiple photos, the size of the holder by volume in ounces (typically on the bottom of the holder or on any label/sticker), and if possible the weight of it empty to info@fenalacandles.com

Again, you pay the shipping to send it to us and we will pay the shipping to send to you when it’s filled!
Breaks
If something breaks in transit back to you and photo evidence is provided, you will be provided a full refund for the cost of your candle - no questions asked. We do not refund the cost of the holder or shipping if the break occurs on transit to us - so please swaddle it well!
